Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Rated Ready website and services. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is authorized and processed by our payment provider.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain errors in pricing or product information.
- Sales tax or applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
Custom Work
Custom designs require your approval before production begins. Due to their personalized nature, custom items are final sale except for defects or errors on our part. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details (including spelling, dimensions, and design specifications) prior to approval.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full details on methods, costs, and delivery timeframes.
Returns
See our Returns Policy to learn which items are eligible for return or exchange and how to initiate the process. Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions vary by product type.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rated Ready and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
